INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

• Third-Party Service Providers. We may provide your personal information to third-party service providers who work on our behalf to maintain the Formabridge Site. However, these service providers and suppliers do not have any independent right to use this information, and they are only permitted to process personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
• Although we currently do not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”), we may in the future. We may share some or all of your personal information with these Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
• Corporate Restructuring. In the event Forma Therapeutics experiences a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal information may also be transferred as a business asset.
• Other Disclosures. CHOICES REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

DO NOT TRACK

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. The Site does not recognize or respond to DNT signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe how we do so.

CHILDREN

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Site is intended for adults and young adults aged 13 and over. It is not intended for or designed to attract persons under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know to be under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal data, he or she should contact us as described in "How to Contact Us" above. We will take reasonable steps to delete such data from our database in a timely manner.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Forma Therapeutics is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage and security, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Forma Therapeutics uses reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

On the Site, we may link to third-party websites if we believe they offer useful information. This Privacy Policy is no longer applicable when you leave our Site by way of link, and Forma Therapeutics does not control the privacy practices and processes of these third-party sites. Each third-party website maintains its own privacy policies, which you should consult before providing any personal information to the operators of those websites.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision at any time and from time-to-time in our sole discretion. We will post updated versions of this Privacy Policy to the Site. If you object to any changes to the Privacy Policy, please stop using the Site immediately.
